Brian Cresto
A golf professional and PGA Apprentice since 2009, Brian has had the experience in golf that most
people could dream of.
His dreams of becoming a professional golfer started at a young age. Where he grew up there were no
instructors, no driving ranges, there was only a nine-hole course carved by only a few antique mowers.
So he took it upon himself to learn the swing and the game.
Brian has worked for and with some amazing companies throughout his career. From 2004 to 2007, he worked
as a Turf Maintenance Technician where he helped shape what is now The SunCadia Golf Resort located in
Roslyn, WA. But something was lacking.
It was from there that Brian realized what his true passion was, teaching the game of golf. He then
attended college where he received a Degree in Professional Golf Management from the Walla Walla
Community College located in Walla Walla, WA.
Brian’s talents did not come unnoticed. After the completion of the Professional Golf Management
Program, he was immediately brought on by The Resort at Port Ludlow as an Assistant Golf Professional.
This is where he had the opportunity to work with some of Washington’s best PGA Professionals and learn
what it takes to run a world class resort.
Brian then took his talents to the next level at the Havill Golf Training Facility. “My goal is to
help every student reach their full potential in the game of golf. The only thing I was lacking was
the tools, and the moment I walked into Havill Golf I was really blown away. Technology is where golf
instruction is going and I wanted to be apart of it.”
